We operate a cooperative model whereby Voiced staff and contributors get paid equally at the end of the month based on monthly revenue to Voiced Media CIC—so if you contribute to the site and celebrate by treating yourself to a new Voiced T-shirt from our merch page, you'll be seeing some of that money back.

We strive for financial transparency within our small team and are happy to hear your questions and suggestions. We aim to contact all contributors after they submit to the site by email and take the payment process forward from there.
