Voiced is a trading name of Voiced Media CIC. Voiced Media CIC is a community interest company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales No. 17387720.

Editorial

Voiced is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998, so user records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party. Users have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all client records we keep, so long as we are given reasonable notice.

We protect all our sources. We are not responsible for the content of sites linked in Voiced content, including opinions expressed and privacy practices in operation on those sites.

We will try and address each submission as soon as possible by email, and will need a communicative process with each contributor to ensure safe and legal publication of submissions.

Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of any original content they contribute and grant Voiced a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our journalistic mission.

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of Voiced reporting and editorial illustrations is prohibited without prior written consent.
Voice retains the right to moderate, edit, or remove user-contributed content that violates our community standards or editorial guidelines.
Attribution must be maintained for any excerpts used under fair use provisions for educational or advocacy purposes.
